PMG 40P Sideboom

.PMG40P is developed based on high driving performance bulldozer chassis which is mainly used for pipe laying ?￠ line-up and lower-in in pipeline construction. Compared with normal sideboom refitted from flat frame bulldozer, it possesses outstanding features that the braking system adopts normal closed, maintenance-free brake, high braking security and reliability performance. Hoisting system adopts pre-leading handle with simple & handy operation and excellent jiggle performance.

1.Ensured safety of traveling: brake clutch of braking system is free from adjusting, normally combined clutch, ensuring no slipping when traveling on slope and make the overall set working more safely & reliably.

2.Adopt high driving track type bulldozer chassis which improved the traditional design method of track type bulldozer chassis. The track is laid out into triangle, which eliminates the impacting load of driving chain wheel from ground and increase the service life of transmission system by 30%.

3.The hydraulic mechanical torque converter of transmission system adopts external diffluent machinery and hydraulic force is output in two parts which widen the high efficiency range between engine and the matched torque converter, improving the transmission efficiency.

4.C6121 fuel direct spray turbine-boost diesel engine from Shanghai diesel engine corporation which introduced the technology of American Caterpillar is selected. It features of high reliability and long service life.

5.Hoisting system adopts full hydraulic transmission with high steady and jiggle performance;

7.Full equipped safety devices: safety protection devices such as boom spacing device ?￠ over-winding preventing device ?￠ hoisting release device and moment limiter are equipped, these devices would ensure it work safely and reliably.
